There is nothing better than a friend, unless it is a friend with chocolate.

Friendship week is not a week to celebrate the friends that we already have. It’s a chance for us to learn how to be a good friend, how to make friends, how to make a myself better and how to be kind to others.

Pen Pal

Students got to pick a friend from the same grade and write a letter to each other. This will give students a chance to make more friends outside of their class. It is also an interesting opportunity to open our class “mail box” and read a letter that was written by hand on paper.

Little Charity

IT BETTER TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE!

KS2 students also needed to complete a task for their own charity. They set up a task that they need to complete in two weeks that is within their ability to do. They also need to have 5 witnesses prove that they have completed their task.

Pink Dress up Day

Teachers and students dress up in the colour pink or purple to support Friendship. We had a parade with all the lovely posters that they made in class to show how important friends are and how we understand Friendship!

Friendship never ends!

The greatest gift of life is friendship, and I have received it.
