Shanghai, May 2026 – SUIS Pudong recently welcomed a delegation of 25 educators from Chiang Kai Shek College (CKSC) Manila, Philippines. Founded in 1939, CKSC Manila is a highly recognized institution offering education from kindergarten through graduate school. The delegation chose SUIS Pudong as a key stop on their China tour, specifically to explore opportunities for expanded cooperation and exchange.
SUIS Pudong’s Joshua Antonio led the delegation visit and facilitated professional discussions between educators from both schools. During the visit, CKSC Manila educators explored school facilities, observed lessons, and exchanged ideas on effective teaching practices within an international curriculum setting. Discussions focused on modern approaches to teaching and learning, as well as ways educators can best support student growth and wellbeing.

A major highlight of the visit was the signing of a formal Sister School Agreement between the two institutions. This agreement opens the door for collaborative student projects, joint events, and exchange programmes that will bring greater diversity and enriching experiences to both our campuses.

The new partnership with CKSC Manila is part of SUIS Pudong’s broader effort to offer students diverse international experiences, preparing them to thrive in an interconnected world. We look forward to a productive and lasting friendship with Chiang Kai Shek College Manila, and to the many opportunities this collaboration will bring for our students and teachers alike.
