What happens when maths meets movement?
At SUIS Pudong, it gets exciting.

Our Middle School Maths & Sports Carnival recently brought students together in four HOUSE teams for a lively mix of thinking, teamwork, and action.

Three challenge stations kept everyone on their toes:
“Da Vinci Code” tested memory and speed;
“Jump Rope & 24” combined quick calculation with physical stamina;
and the “Nine-Grid Challenge” turned the ground into a fast-paced game of strategy.

Across the field, the energy was unmistakable:
teams huddled to refine tactics,
teachers offered quick tips before each round,
and runners sprinted down the “Da Vinci Code” track, racing against time.

After three rounds of close competition,
the Yellow Team stood out with strong coordination and consistency, claiming this year’s championship.

Beyond the results, what stayed with everyone was the experience itself.

Through collaboration and challenge, students explored the unique rhythm of “maths + sports,” built trust, and showed impressive team spirit along the way.

A big well done to all participants, see you next year for another round!
