As autumn’s first breeze met the lingering warmth of the season, the 2nd Annual Autumn Fair, titled “Cultural & Creative Carnival” brought together families, teachers, and students from SUIS Pudong’s Kangqiao, Xueye, and Sanlin campuses for a joyful day of fun, laughter, and creativity.

Organized by the Joint Parent Support Group (PSG), the fair drew over a hundred student performers for the Cosplay and Talent Show, and nearly a hundred parent volunteers who helped make the event both heartwarming and unforgettable.
Despite a tight schedule, the joint PSG team worked tirelessly to prepare every detail—from layout and logistics to weather plans and stage flow.
Lily, head of the event committee, and Nico, leader of the student booth team, led the preparation crew from morning till night the day before, ensuring every ride, booth, and corner of the fair was ready to welcome the crowd.

When the big day arrived, the campus transformed into a vibrant fairground filled with energy.
Children ran joyfully across the lawns, jumping on bouncy castles and racing between games.
Parents strolled among 30+ vendor booths, discovering creative handmade crafts, local delicacies, and student-run stalls buzzing with excitement. The laughter and chatter made the day feel like a true celebration of community life.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Cosplay & Talent Show.
Performers arrived early to get their makeup done by volunteer artists, then stepped confidently onto the stage as their favorite characters.
PSG presented trophies and prizes to the top three Cosplay winners, while every participant received certificates and gifts—each performance met with cheers and applause from the crowd.

Behind every joyful scene were dozens of dedicated volunteers.
The Beverage Team kept everyone refreshed,
the Makeup Team worked tirelessly backstage,
the Toy and Preloved Uniform Teams organized smooth sales that supported sustainability and fundraising,
and the Event Operations Team ensured the entire program ran seamlessly.
Their enthusiasm, patience, and teamwork infused the fair with a unique warmth.
