On this beautiful autumn day, Grade 4 children celebrated a special occasion of their 10th birthday party. On this day, warmth filled the venue, and all the teachers, students and parents of Grade 4 gathered together to witness this unforgettable day.

At the beginning of the event, with the solemn flag ceremony, the children officially opened the celebration with excitement. Accompanied by beautiful music, the students demonstrated their talents and growth with songs and dances. Blessing letters from parents and teachers made the children feel deeply cared for. Laughter and tears were intertwined at the scene, immersing everyone in this strong warmth.

When the birthday candles were lit, the children made good wishes in their hearts. The candlelight not only represents the love of life, but also symbolises their expectation and belief in the future. The whole audience blew out the candles together and made a wish: May their dear mums, dads and teachers be healthy and happy forever, and may the students live up to their time and go forward with their dreams!

This is the first decade of the children’s life. With the encouragement of their parents and teachers, they are about to spread their wings and fly to a wider sky. I believe that in the coming days, this group of children will continue to write their own wonderful chapter!

Highlights

Growing Tree: Children hang their wishing tags on the Growing Tree to symbolise that their wishes will take root and grow.

Talent Show: The children prepared wonderful talent shows, singing, dancing …… Each programme was full of childlike innocence and vitality.

Gratitude expressing: writing letters of gratitude to mums and dads, hand-painted plaster flowers, a big loving hug. Blessings from mums and dads to their babies.

Birthday Cake Ceremony: Of course, the cake cutting session is inevitable, and each child can blow out his/her own birthday candles and make a good wish.

Family catwalk: Let’s walk with mum and dad for the first time. Confident you guys shine on the stage!

Parent-child games: Parents and children participate in fun parent-child games together to enhance emotional communication between families.

Your tenth year is a new beginning and the starting point of infinite possibilities. We hope that you will keep your curiosity and bravely explore the world; we hope that you will have dreams and work hard for them. Remember, no matter what difficulties you encounter, you have us by your side to support you and encourage you.
