Dear Parents,
We hope that all parents and students enjoyed the PSG Summer Festival last Friday. The afternoon was a great success and we were all relieved that the weather was kind to us. The teachers all worked hard to support the PSG and our thanks go to both the PSG and the teachers.
We still have helmets, water pistols and protective items in the staff lounge waiting to be collected. Please encourage your child to collect them as soon as possible. We appreciate being able to borrow from the students but now they need to go home.
We are looking forward to seeing all parents this Saturday for the Parent Open Afternoon. Please remember that this is a parent only event and students are not to attend. All the information you need has been emailed and sent home as a hard copy. The afternoon programme will start promptly at 13:00.
Students have all been allocated to their house and house events will begin soon. Please make sure that you have purchased the correct house T-shirt from the online SUIS uniform supplier.

Drop-off and Pick-up Arrangement
To ensure your children’s safety, unless parents have any appointments with school staff or on the occasion of any school events (e.g. assembly, open day, etc.) or pick-up of students on rainy days, parents should always wait for students off campus or in the school specified pick-up area. Private cars should not be parked along Xueye Road near school entrance. Here below are the drop-off and pick-up arrangement for SUIS Pudong students.

To present any accidents involving vehicles, please note that the Xueye Road entrance is only for students who take the school buses, and G9 (Local Stream) students with Student ID Cards.

We ask that parents line up in an orderly fashion on the area around the gate on Yuntai Road. The teachers will bring the students down and once students see their parents, they will inform their teacher who will then dismiss them. All students should be off campus 15 minutes after the end of the school day, unless they are supervised by a teacher or adult approved by us in a scheduled after-school activity.
